- Sign in to your existing Pythia account and verify a mobile number you own or are authorized to use in Account Security.
- Enable the separate Operational Alerts consent in Account Security. This choice is optional and starts unchecked.
- Open Echo settings, choose daily or weekly trend updates, then select Send trend updates by SMS when this feature is active and save.
- Use the same settings to turn messages off. You can also reply STOP to the program's number.

Operational alerts use their own number and consent. They are weekly by default, can be daily or off, and send meaningful trend changes during the location's permitted hours.
