  • Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website. For visitors identified as being in California or Europe, optional analytics and advertising technologies are not enabled unless the visitor chooses to enable them. In other locations, these technologies may be enabled by default. You may turn them off or change your choice at any time through the Privacy settings control or our Your Privacy Choices page.

We may collect personal information automatically as described above, and we may combine it with information that you provide to us or that we receive from other sources.

6. Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking TechnologiesWe use third-party service providers to support analytics, advertising, scheduling, customer relationship management, hosting, database, and AI-powered chat services. These providers may include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Ahrefs Analytics, OpenAI Ads measurement pixel and Conversions API, Calendly, Klaviyo, Supabase, and OpenAI-powered chat services. When advertising technologies are enabled under your regional default or privacy choices, Meta and OpenAI Ads may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this Website and elsewhere online, such as page URLs, browser and device information, IP address, cookie or attribution identifiers, and interactions with the Website. They may use that information to provide measurement services and, where applicable, help deliver or optimize ads. You may turn this off at any time through our Your Privacy Choices page. When advertising technologies are enabled and you submit a form, Google Ads, Meta, and OpenAI Ads may receive cryptographically hashed versions of the email address or phone number you provided for conversion measurement and ad matching. Our server-to-server advertising integrations do not send those contact identifiers in readable form. This advertising-data use does not include mobile telephone numbers collected in PYTHIA Pro Account Security or text-messaging opt-in or consent data; we do not provide that information to advertising providers. Depending on your privacy choices and interactions with the Website, these providers may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies, or otherwise process information you submit. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

6A. Mobile Phone Numbers and Account-Security Text MessagesPythia Store LLC, operator of PYTHIA Pro, collects the mobile telephone number a user chooses to provide in authenticated Account Security. We use that number only to send user-requested one-time passcodes and verification codes for account verification and two-factor authentication. Codes are sent only in response to user-initiated account-security activity and expire 10 minutes after issuance. We do not use mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data for marketing. We never sell or rent this information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes or for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio acts only as a service provider and processor on behalf of Pythia Store LLC, solely to deliver account-security text messages; it may not use mobile-number or messaging-consent information for its own purposes. Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. A user may opt out by replying STOP or by removing the mobile number in authenticated Account Security. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The supplemental SMS Messaging Policy provides additional details about the PYTHIA Pro account-security text message program. This Privacy Policy remains Pythia Store LLC’s single, canonical privacy policy.

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Pythia Store LLC’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Pythia Store LLC about our Website users is among the assets transferred.

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

  • With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

Service providers that deliver our account-security text messages process this information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes (see Section 6A).

9. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your InformationWe strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

10. Your State Privacy RightsState consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights such as:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.

  • The right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, if applicable.

The exact scope of these rights may vary by state. You may use our Your Privacy Choices page to opt out of optional advertising-related sale or sharing in this browser. To exercise other rights under applicable state laws, or to learn more about how we handle personal information, please contact us at info@pythiascorecard.com. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, we honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, and advertising-related tracking will remain disabled on this Website even if you accept cookies.

If we make material changes to how we treat personal information, we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law, which may include a prominent notice on the Website or an email to the primary address on file.
