SMS Messaging Policy

Last modified: August 28, 2026

1. Operator and ScopePythia Scorecard and PYTHIA Pro are products of Pythia Store LLC. Pythia Store LLC (“Pythia Store,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the transactional PYTHIA Pro account-security text message program described in this policy. The program is available only to existing employees and managers of Pythia Store clients who have authenticated PYTHIA Pro accounts.

This SMS Messaging Policy supplements and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. It is not a separate privacy policy. The Privacy Policy remains Pythia Store LLC’s single, canonical privacy policy.

2. Messages We SendThe program sends one-time passcodes and verification codes for phone verification, two-factor authentication, sign-in, and user-initiated account-security checks. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

A requested code uses this format: “PYTHIA Pro: Your security code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.”

3. How Users Opt InThe only initial SMS opt-in channel is the authenticated PYTHIA Pro Account Security page at https://console.pythiascorecard.com/account/security. There is no public-web, keyword, QR-code, paper, or verbal initial enrollment.

To verify a phone, a signed-in user enters a mobile number the user owns or is authorized to use and the current account password. The user must affirmatively check the separate checkbox labeled “I agree to receive PYTHIA Pro account-security text messages.” The checkbox is unchecked by default. The user then selects “Send verification code” and enters the code received.

To enable or re-enable SMS two-factor authentication, the user again enters the current password and affirmatively checks a separate checkbox with the same label. That checkbox is also unchecked by default. The user then selects “Enable text-message codes” or “Re-enable text-message codes” and completes code verification. Declining SMS consent does not prevent ordinary PYTHIA Pro account use; it leaves SMS account security disabled.

Public, sanitized screenshots of both authenticated consent points are available on our SMS Opt-In Process page.

4. Consent DisclosureThe following disclosure appears with each SMS-consent checkbox:

“By checking this box, you agree to receive transactional PYTHIA Pro account-security text messages from Pythia Store LLC at the mobile number you provide. Codes are sent only when you request one or initiate an SMS-protected account-security action. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. View the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”

5. Frequency and ChargesMessage frequency varies with user-requested account-security activity and the number of codes requested. Message and data rates may apply. Pythia Store does not charge a separate fee for these messages, but a user’s wireless carrier may charge for message or data usage.

6. Mobile Data and PrivacyWe collect the mobile telephone number a user chooses to provide, the user’s SMS-consent choice, and records needed to verify and secure the account. We use this information only to provide and administer the user-requested PYTHIA Pro account-security text message program.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Twilio acts only as a service provider and processor on behalf of Pythia Store LLC, solely to deliver account-security text messages; it may not use mobile-number or messaging-consent information for its own purposes. Additional details are in Section 6A of our Privacy Policy.

7. Opt-Out, Help, and Re-EnrollmentReply STOP to opt out. A user may also remove the mobile number in authenticated Account Security. After opting out, no further PYTHIA Pro account-security text messages will be sent unless the user re-enrolls. Reply HELP for help or email info@pythiascorecard.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After a prior STOP, replying START or UNSTOP only removes the carrier-level block. The user must still return to authenticated Account Security and complete the separate unchecked-checkbox flow to re-enable SMS account security.

8. Contact and Related PoliciesQuestions about this program may be sent to info@pythiascorecard.com. Review the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use Section 25, and SMS Opt-In Process for the related privacy, legal, and consent-flow details.
